Agir Add-in for Office Excel - Instructions for use

This Add-in was designed exclusively for editing AGIR ® Excel documents. If the Excel document is not registered in AGIR, you will not be able to use this Add-in.


Agir add-in for Office Excel will automate the following editing processes:


1 - Online editing of Excel documents

2 - Creating internal links to other AGIR documents

3 - Creating internal links to document workflows

4 - Creating internal links to process workflows



Using the Add-in does not require authentication. All data required for API authentication is automatically encrypted and stored in the advanced properties of your Excel document.


But don't forget, that the editing must be triggered within AGIR. You must authenticate to AGIR and start a new edition process. The Excel document will be transferred to your device with all the necessary features to use the Add-in safely.

How to edit an Excel document using Agir Add-in for Office Excel


1 - Login into Agir with your personal account.

2 - Open your document and click the edit button to start a new edition. The Excel document should be open, and the Add-in can be used.





3 - Make modifications to the document and once done click Send to AGIR using the Add-In.

The document should be returned to AGIR and converted to PDF. Edition is done.






How to create internal links using Agir Add-in for Office Excel


1 - Repeat steps 1 and 2 described above

2 - Click the icon Link to document




3 - On the search bar type a keyword and search for the document you want the link to be created. The link is done.







How to create internal links to document workflows


1 - Repeat steps 1 and 2 described above

2 - Click the icon Document Workflow



3 - On the search bar type a keyword and search for the document workflow you want the link to be created. The link is done.







How to create internal links to process workflows


1 - Repeat steps 1 and 2 described above

2 - Click the icon Process Workflow



3 - On the search bar type a keyword and search for the process workflow you want the link to be created. The link is done.
