How attachments work in workflows

By using the attachments feature you can add documents and other files as attachments (PDF, images, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,...) to the workflow's registries.

There are two main options for adding attachments:

  1. List Mode
  2. Page Mode

1st Option - List Mode

1. Go to the workflow registry and then click on Attachments as it is shown in the image below.

2. Here you can view the attachments list. You can also add a new attachment to the list by clicking Add new attachment, as it is shown in the image below. A window will appear, allowing you to select the document you intend to attach from your computer. The document will be added to the list.

Navigating the attachments list is straightforward. You can open the file (magnifying glass icon), download it (download icon) or delete it (cross icon). Clicking on Preview allows you to preview PDF documents before clicking on any of the icons mentioned before.

2nd Option - Page Mode

You can also preview your attachments in pdf or image form by clicking on the right side Attachment icon (shown below). This allows for more user-friendly attachment interactions.

You can also add a new attachment here by clicking on the plus sign. It's also possible to preview attachments by clicking on the intended attachment.  You can hide and show this menu freely by clicking on the attachment icon, as the image below shows.
