You can create document types that fit your organization's needs or criteria. You only need to name and reference each document type. Usually, the reference corresponds to a code/abbreviation used to document automatic codification (Example: P, IMP, IT, etc…).
To edit/create document types you should proceed according to the following steps:
1. Click on your user name and select Agir Config.
2. Select the Documents tab and then click on Types. Here, you can create new types or edit the name and the reference of the existing documents.
ATTENTION When deleting types of documents, be careful, because it can affect the documents associated with those deleted types. Affected document properties when deleting document types have to be redefined, as it's mandatory to fill the document's type field.
PERMISSIONS To edit/create document types, you will need to AGIR administrator permission.
