Simplified management

Previously, when assigning permissions to document folders, it was necessary to configure each subfolder individually, making the process time-consuming.

 

Now, you can apply permissions to all subfolders with just one click, making access management faster and more efficient.

Filter document types

by workflow

Personalize your document workflows by limiting the types of documents each workflow can process. This new option allows for greater control and organization in document management.

Remove access to obsolete documents

Greater permission control

AGIR already allows document consultants to search for removed or outdated documents.

 

Now, with a new setting, only Administrators will be able to view removed documents, offering greater security and more efficient control over information access.

Disable document pre-publication controls

Full control over your revisions

If your team doesn’t use the pre-publication feature or prefers manual control over revisions, we have great news! You can now disable this option, ensuring all revisions are published immediately after approval.

Open user's profile directly from user lists

Faster team management

You can now quickly open an employee’s profile directly from the user lists in various menus, making information access and team management more efficient.

Workflows

Improved record management

New alert when deleting lines with child record

When attempting to delete a line with child records in AGIR, the system will now display an alert indicating associated records (including the record’s name and code). From this warning, you can choose to delete or keep the record.

 

Note: If the child record also has its own children, it won’t be deleted, but a warning will appear during the deletion attempt, ensuring greater data security and control.

"Requires preventive maintenance?" and "Maintenance description" fields

You can now directly identify if equipment requires preventive maintenance in its profile. By selecting Yes, a field will appear to describe the necessary maintenance.
