AGIR allows you to find documents using the search bar or, for more specific and taper searchers, using filters.
You can filter documents by type, names, status, and dates, among other properties. For that, we must always fill in all the necessary fields in the document's properties to help our research.

So, how can we find documents in AGIR? Let's find out.
1. Global document search
To find documents, you can perform a global search by accessing the My Documents module and searching in the search bar for data from your document that is present in its properties, such as the title, code, the Department it belongs to, or the Process, etc...
2. Document search by Workflow
You can find the document you want by accessing the workflow where it is inserted. If you have multiple document workflows, you can use the Filter bar to search for a workflow more specifically.
Entering the list of documents belonging to that workflow, you can perform a more specific document search. This search bar will only look for documents that are inserted in this workflow.
3. Filters and Reports
On the main page of the My Documents module, we can filter a list of documents using filters. We can apply various filters, from the registration date, expiry date, and the Department it is associated with, to the Status and Process, among others...
After clicking on Filters and Reports, a list of all the documents will appear, with the filters that we can use to narrow down our search.
We can search by the Workflow to which the document belongs, Status, Department, and Document Type, among other filters.
We can also search for archived documents by checking the Archived checkbox.
