Documents can be related to each other. Some procedures can be linked to other documents (such as instructions or forms) and these procedures can be linked to other processes (such as complaints, action plans, or audits).
For data enrichment purposes and for an improved user experience, a link between documents and processes can be easily created using the Link feature.
3 kinds of links may be created in the Document Management module:
Document-to-document link
Document-to-process link
Link a document to a non-AGIR web page (external link)

TIP Did you know you can create an internal link in your documents with AGIR Office tool? Internal links are not only functional on AGIR Office, they will also work on Microsoft Office Word. To learn how to create a link click here.
ATTENTION When creating links, additional accesses aren't created. Document users/subscribers can't open a link which they haven't got access to.
PERMISSIONS To click on links, you only need permission to read the related documents. To create and delete links, permission as editor/approver or Administrator is needed.
