How to print a list of documents?

AGIR allows users to print a list of documents in a simple and practical way. You can also export the document list to multiple formats, like PDF, Excel, among others. 


The list shows the fields associated with the properties of the document, for example, name, code, type, revision, status, last owner, etc...

Follow the next steps to learn how to print/export a list of documents:


1. Select the My Documents menu.



2. Select the workflow/folder where the documents are. 



3. Select the Filters and Reports option.



4. Select the Reports option. The Filter option can be useful to determine which documents you want to appear in the list.



5. Select the desired model of presentation of results.
