This article applies only to Cloud Clients. If you are an On-premises Client, please contact your IT Administrator for further information about backup policies.
Every week, AGIR creates information backups. AGIR Administrators should follow the next steps whenever they need to save backup data from a particular date.
1. First select your user name, and click on Agir Config.
2. Choose the Advanced Settings tab and click on the Backups System option.
3. At this point, you will be able to see all backups and choose according to the intended date. This way, the files are organized by year, month and day, as shown in the image below.
Note:
Backups are performed daily and maintained on our servers. For performance reasons, we only make one weekly copy available online.
