Our team recommends managing users as groups. This way, you can automatize processes and make it so that actions involving a lot of users are performed more easily. For example, you can notify all users within a specific group, manage a folder's permissions by groups or send a task to all users from a specific group.
TIP There's no need to use group management if your company is small (up to 10 users). Otherwise, we strongly recommend creating groups. Groups are entirely free, as you can create as many as you want and name them as you desire. For example: Quality group, Wharehouse group, etc.
How to create a new group?
1. Click on your user name and select the Agir Config option.
2. Select the Equipment and HR tab and select the Groups option. You can create new groups, edit the group's name and set who belongs to the group in this menu.
3. Click on Add to add a new group. Then, set the group's name and a supervisor. In the end, you must click on save.
ATTENTION All groups need to have a name and a supervisor. The group supervisor can consult all user group tasks and delegate tasks from their own group.
How to set group users?
1. Follow steps 1 and 2 on the clause above and find the group you want to edit.
2. Click on the Add users icon, as shown in the image below.
3. Select the desired users to include in the group and save. This menu shows the user's position, using a treeview diagram.
ATTENTION This tutorial shows you how to configure a group by adding or removing some users at the same time. You can do this separately by accessing the groups menu on the Employee form, as shown in the image below.
PERMISSIONS You will need AGIR Administrators permission to create/edit groups.
