How to have access to the electronic signature

It is possible to have access to the signature certificate, which shows us various information, such as the date and time of the signature, the email and user who executed it, the device used, etc... this information is extremely important to determine the veracity and origin of the signature.

To access the signature certificate, simply click on the signature. We wait a few seconds and the information will appear:

How can I move the electronic signature?

ATTENTION  The signature can only be moved by the user who signed the document, that is, the person performing the task that required the electronic signature of the document.
Other users who have access to the document will only be able to access the signature information, but will not be able to change its position.

To move the signature, simply follow these steps:

1. Open the document with the electronic signature already created and click on the signature.

2. The signing certificate and its information will appear. Click on the icon next to the title of the signing certificate so you can edit the stamp.

3. A new page will appear with the document and your signature, by default located at the bottom of the first page. First, you must choose the page where the signature should be positioned. To do this, simply write the page number or click on the arrows to navigate between pages.

4. After choosing the page, click and drag on the signature so you can move it freely around the document. Place it in the desired location and click Save.

5. The page will automatically reload and return to the document. You can confirm the changes made.
