New Workflow List

Quicker and better!

AGIR is changing! As we work on giving AGIR’s interface and modules a new, more appealing and functional redesign, you can have a look at our new Workflow List page in this release.

What are the benefits of using this new view?

  1. Faster load times
  2. Improved content filtering, using the filter tools built in the table’s header
  3. Recyclying and deletion tools are now more intuitive.

Transitioning to this new page can be done per workflow, meaning that you may have different workflows loading either the new or classic version. Currently this transition is optional, as it is up to the client to decide on which is the better option. AGIR will adopt this view as default after the second semester of 2024, with the current view still available for use.

To transition into the new view check the article below.

Documents

Electronic Signature

Modify the signature’s position

In April 22nd we announced our new electronic signature system. This system has been improved in this new version, with the addition of a signature editor, allowing you to define the page and position in which the e-signature stamp will be placed.

Read the tutorial linked below to learn how the electronic signature works.

Documents

Document Metadata Syncronization

for Microsoft Word

AGIR allows you to add fields in documents in an editable format and synchronize them automatically, according to the document’s defined properties in AGIR.

As an example: we may add a field for the document’s revision number. As the revision number increases in AGIR, this value will also be updated in the document itself. Code, status, document type, title, last edit date of approval... these are some of the properties that may be synchronized automatically.

In case you still do not have installed AGIR Office Web, follow the steps in this tutorial: New AGIR Office Web – What is it and how to install it?

Soon we’ll provide updates on synchronization with Excel and Powerpoint.

Workflows

Individual Task Effectiveness Evaluation

Corrective Tasks and Other

AGIR currently offers the necessary tools for evaluating the effectiveness of a task plan. Our templates fully include task evaluation.

It is now possible to evaluate the effectiveness of each task individually, as well as evaluating the general task plan effectiveness.

This tool is available to all our clients and may be activated individually in each workflow.

To activate this feature, read the article below.

Workflows

Form Table Improvements

within Workflows

Some workflows can be quite complex, requiring the use of several rows and columns within a table.  Examples include lists of orders, lists of suppliers, products, causes of non-conformities, etc. When dealing with a huge amount of data, being able to sort and filter this content becomes a necessity.

This is now possible even in internal tables contained in AGIR’s forms. All you need to do is click on the columns’ headers and make use of the filters and automatic sorting criteria.

This is an automatic feature with no extra configuration work. All you need is an updated AGIR.

Workflows

New Templates

Work Accidents and Near-misses

Don’t forget to check out our plug&play workflow templates. These are ready-to-use workflow templates which you may include in your AGIR immediately, with no customization or extra effort in workflow creation.

In this newsletter we shall highlight two of them:

  1. Work Accidents
  2. Quasi-occupational Accidents

Work Accidents

This workflow’s purpose is to keep a record of work/occupational accidents, describing them using several parameters such as the data of the event, the victim, the severity and nature of the accident, place of ocurrence, witnesses, type of injury, treatment, cause analysis, etc...

This workflow is quite thorough and detailed, allowing us to keep a complete and judicious record of the accident. By integrating users’ data, metadata can be filled in automatically, making it so that registering an accident is an easy and efficient process.

Near-misses

This workflow allows you to keep track of events and circumstances that could have caused an occupational accident. In a brief, simple manner, we can register the quasi-occupation accident, making use of parameters such as potential severity, employee information, a description of those involved that could have been affected, cause analysis and investigation, etc...
