It is possible to prevent users from using the same passwords over and over, making them choose a new password every time they need to change or reset a password.

Agir e-Signature allows us to electronically sign documents in AGIR, offering an extra layer of security and traceability through a two-factor authentication system.

To make reporting pending or overdue tasks more effortless, we've created additional buttons in the Tasks menu that allow you to send task reminders.
These reminders can be sent punctually for a specific task, or for all pending or overdue tasks in the current registry.

The Controlled Copies system has been substantially improved!
Manual and automatic notification systems for new controlled copies were created, and we have improved distribution traceability.
This way, you only have to decide who should receive a document controlled copy. AGIR will take care of all the necessary notifications.
