AGIR includes a document pre-publication system that allows you to set a specific date for automatic publication. However, this feature may not be necessary for all organizations.

If your team does not use pre-publication or prefers to manage revisions manually, you can now disable this option, ensuring that all revisions are published immediately upon approval.

How to disable the document pre-publication system

1. Go to AGIR Settings.

2. In the Documents tab, click on Advanced settings.

3. Enable the option Disable the pre-publication system and click Save.

Once disabled, all options related to the document pre-publication system will no longer be available.
