Isolate the chat
The chat can be isolated in a separate window to follow the user through all steps.
Maximize the chat
You can maximize the chat to make reading easier.
Save or delete conversations
When closing the chat, the conversation is saved to resume later. It will be deleted according to the system settings (explained below).
To manually clear the chat, click the three dots at the top of the chat and select Clear chat.
Automatically clear chat
If automatic clearing is enabled, the chat will clear itself every X days. You can set the frequency of automatic chat clearing (After 1 day / 7 days / 15 days / 30 days / never save conversations).
To configure automatic clearing, go to Settings > Advanced Settings > AI Config, and set how often conversations are deleted or choose to never save a conversation.
Chat settings
In settings, you can personalize the experience: change the font size and choose the color of the user’s name in the chat.
To return to the chat, click the arrow at the top left. To reset to default settings, click at the top right.
All changes are saved automatically.
ATTENTION
- If you have already activated AGIR AI, no new activation is needed, but you will need to request a system update.
- If AGIR AI is not yet active for you, you can request activation through our ticketing system.
- AGIR AI may occasionally make mistakes. If this happens, please provide feedback so we can continue improving this service.
