Artificial Intelligence now across all of AGIR 

AGIR AI has taken a giant leap forward!

 

Previously available only in the Documents module, it is now present throughout all new AGIR pages to help with any type of question about the platform - whether related to features, settings, workflows, or document management.

 

Among the new capabilities, you’ll find:

  • Answers to any question about how AGIR works
  • Memory to improve responses and keep context
  • Related document search to speed up information retrieval (AGIR AI in the Documents Module)
  • Logs of prompt creation, editing, and deletion (AGIR AI Documents)
  • Prompt management (global, per workflow, and per document) – including default prompts to simplify setup (AGIR AI Documents)

 

And the best part? For now, AGIR AI is completely free, giving you the opportunity to try out this advanced tool at no additional cost.

 

Note: This feature requires activation. Please submit a ticket to activate AGIR AI.

AGIR AI Documents only answers questions related to the document currently being viewed.

 

If you have already activated it in the past, you don’t need to request activation again - just request the update of your AGIR.

Multi-row deletion in tables

You can now delete multiple rows at once in workflow record tables.

 

With this improvement, there’s no need to remove rows one by one - saving time and making the entire process much more agile.

 

This new level of control ensures greater efficiency in data management and significantly simplifies the organization of records within workflows.

Simple, fast, and secure integrations 

With the AGIR API, you can create new processes, update data, and integrate information with other applications securely.

 

Among the main available features:

  • Insert or update data in AGIR tables and records
  • Create, move, and query workflows directly via API

  • Query bulk information from SQL views
  • Send documents between different AGIR instances

Dynamic fields in modals

More flexibility in data entry 

Dynamic fields can now be added directly in insertion modals, allowing extra information to be collected at the moment a user is creating a record.

 

This makes it possible to configure specific inputs that only appear when truly needed, without overloading the main form.

Personalized user experience 

Just like on the dashboard, it is now possible to set a default view on the workflows page (Grid, Categories, and Process Types).

 

This allows users to always start with the most useful pre-defined view, making it easier to focus on the most relevant information for their daily work.

Open original document

Greater transparency and faster access 

Document owners, intervenients, and AGIR Administrators now have the option to open the original document directly from the document properties.

 

This improvement brings greater speed and clarity, allowing users to verify the source of information or consult the base content without leaving the workflow.

Favorites on the workflows page

Quick access to your most important records 

The favorites feature has arrived on the workflows page!

 

Just like on the documents page, you can now mark workflow records as favorites and access them with just a few clicks, saving time navigating and keeping your most-used records within reach.

Easier file attachments

Drag or paste - the choice is yours! 

To make managing attachments even simpler, you can now paste files (Ctrl+V) directly into the attachments menu of workflow records.

 

Alternatively, you can also drag files into the same menu — AGIR takes care of the rest automatically.
