How to add favorites to the dashboard?

If you have a workflow, folders, or any other AGIR view or page that you use frequently or need quick access to, you can add it as a favorite on your dashboard. 


To do so, follow these steps:


1. Click in your user name on the right top side of your screen, and then click the option Customize Dashboard.



2. Whenever something can be added to your favorites, your arrow will turn orange. The images below will show some examples of it (workflows, documents folders, etc...).



3. For example, to add a specific workflow to your favorites, scroll through the list of workflows and select the workflow(s) you want to add to your favorites list.



4. You can add a specific name to the workflow link and choose a color for the icon that will appear on your dashboard, and then click save.



5. The workflow should appear on your dashboard, in the favorites section.



 PERMISSIONS   Customization is done for the entire organization. Only Administrators will be able to customize the favorites area.
