In this article, you can learn about the AGIR dashboard, including menus, icons, and its features.

Check out the images and legends to know how every dashboard section works:

1. New tasks

List of new tasks not yet consulted by the user.

2. Pending tasks

List of pending or overdue tasks.

3. New documents

New documents or revisions that the user hasn't yet consulted.

4. What's new

List of news and events in AGIR: new processes, status changes, and new documents, among others.

5. New task

Create a new task for yourself or teammates, free and detached from any process or document.

6. User quick access bar

This menu contains a list of options dedicated to user management. You can manage your profile, change your password, use the translator, access to Agir Config, customize your dashboard, access the privacy policy, or even log out of your session. These options depend on your permissions or level of access.

7. User performance statistics

Percentage of tasks completed on time in the past 3, 6, and 12 months.

8. Full search

This feature allows you to do a full search in AGIR. The search includes documents metadata, workflows, equipment, and attachments, among other properties, allowing you to quickly find what you are looking for.

9. Left side menu

Clicking on the menu items, will redirect you to the main AGIR modules page. You can use this menu or macro shortcuts (colored squares).

10. Reporting module

This menu will show the reports configured for your organization. The reports listed will depend on your permission level. If you don't have access to any reports, this icon will not be available.

11. New document

The plus icons will show the list of documents you can start (it can depend on your permissions). If you don't have permission to create a new document, you will not be able to see this icon.

12. New workflow

Like the previous one. You can start a new process/workflow by clicking this plus icon (depending on your permissions).

13. New staff

Create a new staff by clicking the plus icon. Just like the two previous ones, the same rules apply.

14. Favorites

Your AGIR Administrator can create a list of favorites in this area, such as documents' folders, workflows, and reports, among others, making access to the most important items much easier. The favorites list will be common to all users.

15. Macro shortcut AGIR modules

It gives you access to the list of records/documents of that specific module (in this case, the My Documents module). You can also click the plus icon to create a new registry concerning the module (in case you have permissions for that). AGIR will also give you additional information such as the total number of processes you have access to. In this example, the user can access 123 documents.

16. Change to process type vision/change to categories type vision

By default, this area is organized by folders. You can switch a document type or document workflow view.

17. TreeView

You may choose between tree or grid view.

18. Workflow processes

This area will list workflows to which you have access to at least one registry. If there are no records the process will not be displayed here. By clicking on one of the workflows, the list of registries will open. If you have permission to start a new process, you will also see the plus icon that allows you to create a new record.

19. Graph

Represents the total number of records that you have access to, by workflow. You may have more information by hovering over the graph.

20. Document folders

This area will list all document folders to which you have access. By clicking on the icon, the list of documents that belongs to that folder will appear.
