The new AGIR dashboard was developed to provide a more intuitive and efficient experience for users.
Among the new features, the ability to configure favorites stands out, allowing quick access to the most used areas with just one click.
In this article, we explain how to manage the favorites section in the new AGIR dashboard.
IMPORTANT You may need to update your version of AGIR. If you do not have access to the new features, submit a ticket to our Helpdesk for support.
This customization applies to ALL AGIR users. If you configure a page in the favorites that not all users have access to, this favorite will remain visible, but the user will not be able to access the link by clicking on it.
How to manage favorites in the dashboard
1. Go to AGIR settings.
2. In the Advanced Settings tab, go to Favorite Settings.
A list of all favorites currently added to the dashboard will appear. You can add a new favorite, open the link that an existing favorite directs to, edit its settings, or delete it.
Add a favorite
Click on Add to create a new favorite.
Enter the name you want for the favorite. Paste the link to which the user will be redirected when clicking the favorite, choose an icon and a representative color, and click Save.
Note: Click on the button to set a random color or choose your color.
The link will now be available on the AGIR dashboard.
Open a favorite
Click on the to open and you will be redirected to the link configured in that favorite.
Edit a favorite
Click on the to edit/access the favorite's settings.
You can edit the name, the link to which the favorite directs the user, the icon, and the representative color. Click on theto set a random color. At the end, click Save.
Changes to the favorite will be applied.
Delete a favorite
To delete a favorite, click on the. A confirmation window will appear. Click Yes if you want to permanently delete the favorite.
IMPORTANT This action is irreversible. However, you can always recreate the favorite.
