1. Search

The search bar allows you to search for workflows through their properties, such as references, titles, fields, tasks, etc..., allowing you to find what you intend in a faster and simple way.

2. New workflow

Click this button to create a new workflow/process. All the processes that you may create will be available for selection. If you do not have permission to start new processes, this list will be empty for you.

3. Filter

It's a filter for fast searches. Allows you to fastly filter table properties. This filter will only work with properties/fields that are visible in the table. Check out the article on How to customize workflow listing/columns?

4. Workflow tasks

By hovering the cursor over the number of tasks, it shows you the status of each of the tasks designed for that record/workflow and their description.

5. Table

It's the area where you can filter and organize the data from all the records/processes. Check the tutorial on How to customize workflow listing/columns?

6. Customized filters

The tutorial How to customize workflow listing/columns? also explains to you how to make the customized filters available. All workflow fields must be added, except dates and table fields.

7/8. Advanced filters

By clicking this icon, you will have access to the advanced filters. After filtering the data, you can extract the list of processes into an Excel or PDF format.

PERMISSIONS  AGIR's permission system is very diverse, so your workflow dashboard view can differ, depending on the permission levels of each user.
