How to install AGIR Office? [Legacy version]

It's possible to edit documents on AGIR with the AGIR Office Add-In.


This Add-In is very useful, as it allows us to edit a document and save the changes directly in one of the Microsoft Office apps without the need to upload it back to AGIR, so editing documents becomes way easier.


Learn how to install this Add-In on your computer: 


1. Download AGIR Office


2. Double click it to run the installation assistant. 


3. This window will appear. You must click on More Info, and then, Run Anyway




4. Select the language and click Ok



5. Click on Next.



6. IMPORTANT: Accept the folder that the system gives you as a suggestion and click Next.



7. Click Next.



8. Click Install and AGIR Office will be installed. 



9. Click on Finish and the installation will be complete. 



 TIP  Depending on your Windows configuration, it may be necessary to run each one of the Office apps to conclude the installation.


After installing AGIR Office, there should be a new tab with the name AGIR in your Office apps (this tab can be different for each app).



10. Then, you must activate AGIR Office in your AGIR user profile. 



If this tab isn't available, follow the next steps:


1. Find the folder in which you installed AGIR Office.


2. Select and execute the following VSTO archives: AgirOfficeWord, AgirOfficeExcel, AgirOfficePowerPoint, AgirOfficeOutlook and AgirOfficeVisio.
