How to reset a password?

 When you need to reset a user password, follow the steps below:


 PERMISSIONS   This feature is available only for AGIR Administrators.


1. Select the Staff menu.


2. Double-click on the employee for whom you want to reset the password (double-clicking) or click on the pencil icon.



3. On the user profile, select the Employee Form tab and select Change Password.



4. Select the option Generate Password.



5. Save the newly created password.


 

6. Click Yes to reset the user password, if you intend to do so.


 

For security reasons, all manual changes of passwords will be saved here:



After this step, you must communicate the new password to the user. For security reasons, the user will be obliged to change his password again on his next login.
