Follow the steps below to learn how to create a user in AGIR:
1. Click on thefound in the Staff Module. If the Staff Module is not visible on your dashboard, access it through the side menu and click on New user.
2. Fill in the fields: Name, Username, and Email. You can choose the groups to which this user will belong.
Make sure all fields are correctly filled and accepted by AGIR. Finally, click on Create User.
The user will receive an email with a link that they must access in order to set their password to access their AGIR account.
Manually choosing a user’s password
If, when creating a user, you want to define the password manually, you can do so by clicking on . Once clicked, two fields will appear: Password and Confirm password. Both must be filled in correctly to successfully create the new user.
Errors when creating a user
Sometimes, the data may not be correctly filled in. Hover over the icon to see the error and correct the information.
