It's possible to securely reset your password with the AGIR recovery system, using your email account.

To learn how to recover a password at AGIR, you can just follow the steps below and check the file attached at the end of this article.

1. At the login page, click here.

2. Enter your email address in order to reset your password and select OK. Make sure you're using the email address registered in your employee form.

3. Check your email inbox. You will receive an email. Click on Open in AGIR and follow the instructions.

4. Once you fill in the fields with your new password, click on Change Password. Pay attention to the password criteria (2) set by your organization (these criteria can be different for each company and can only be set by an AGIR Administrator).

5. Password successfully changed! Now you can log in with your new password.

In case your password didn't change, check the notification that appears on the top of your screen. If you need further help, send us a ticket.

TIP  This function is only available to users with personal email accounts registered in AGIR. If you don't have access to your email account, you must request an AGIR Administrator to reset your password.

It's possible to activate a security feature called non-replicable passwords, which prevents users from using old passwords. To activate this feature, read this article: Setting the number of non-replicable passwords

ATTENTION  This function shouldn't be used when there is an Active Directory integration.
