Editing a user’s profile

This article explains how to edit a user's profile.


Follow the steps below to learn more about the Staff Module and how to edit a user's details.


 PERMISSIONS  The list/profiles of users can only be viewed/edited by AGIR Administrators or Staff Managers. See this tutorial to learn more about Global Permissions: Setting Global Permissions- Administrator, Staff Manager, and Equipment Manager



How to access a user’s profile


Go to the Staff Module.



Double-click or click on theto access the user's profile.




Profile


In the profile tab, an AGIR Administrator or Staff Manager can edit information such as name, username, and profile picture. You can also add document checklists so the user can upload them in order to complete their profile.

Personal Information


This section can be edited by the user themselves, as it refers to their personal details.




Employee Form


The data in the Employee Form refers to organizational information about the user, managed by the employer. This section can only be edited by AGIR Administrators or Staff Managers.
