How to open reports?

Reports can be consulted by users with reader permission

Administrators can edit, set permissions, delete the report, and export reports for multiple formats (e.g. PDF, Excel, CSV, HTML, and others).


 PERMISSIONS  By default, reports are available only to administrators. You may create access rights by setting additional permissions. If the reporting icon is not visible, it means that you don't have permission for any report. Check this article about report permissions and how they work:


Follow the next steps to learn how to open reports: 


1. On the AGIR Dashboard, go to Reporting



2. Choose one of the reports and click Open



3. To export, select Export To and choose the output format (XLSX, CSV, HTML). 

You may also select other options, such as Print or Search



 ATTENTION  If the loaded report contains no data or contains less data than expected, check if there are filters applied and if they are correctly set up. You can edit filters according to the intended analysis.
