If your company has many sites or companies, you may create them in AGIR, as well as associate them with the corresponding employees.
Follow the steps below to learn how to create sites on AGIR:
1. Click on your user name and go to Agir Config.
2. Select the Equipment and RH tab and click on Sites.
3. Click on Add to create a new site.
4. Write the site's or company's name and click on Save.
5. To edit a site's name, click on Edit. To add employees to a site, click on the Add Users icon. To delete a site, click on Delete.
You can also create sites from a user profile and associate them directly with the user.
1. For that, you need to enter the user's profile, select the Employees Form and click on Sites.
2. Click Add to add a new site or check the site(s) with which you want to associate the employee.
PERMISSIONS This function is only available for AGIR Administrators.
