Configuring workflows steps permissions in batch (for several users at once)

Modified on Wed, 20 Nov at 1:55 PM

This tutorial can be used for the document or process management module

There are two ways to set permissions for workflows steps (for example: approving a document or a business proposition follow-up):

1. Individually: for each user using Permission Matrix. This tutorial explains how to do it: click here to consult.

2. In batch: for several users at once using AGIR CONFIG.

This tutorial will focus on the second mode (In Batch), as seen in the following explanation. We'll be using the Process management module. However, it works the same way as in the Document management module.

How to set workflow steps permissions in batch?

1. Select your User Name and Click on AGIR Config.

2. On the Documents tab (for document workflows) or the Workflows tab (for Process workflows), click on Workflows.

3. Select the desired workflow, as shown in the image below.

4. Click on the Steps tab and select the step that you wish to set permissions for.

5. A new menu will be opened, containing several tabs. Click on the Permissions tab. All users will be listed, arranged by groups. Expand the desired group and click on the users who should get permission to edit this step. Finally, click on Save.

Follow this process for all other workflows which require step configuration.

Permissions  Only AGIR Administrators can perform these changes.
