In this article, we show you how to recover records from the recycle bin easily, either individually or in bulk. Follow the steps below to retrieve your data quickly and efficiently.
WARNING Permanently deleted records from the recycle bin cannot be recovered.
Only send records to the recycle bin if you intend to delete them permanently. Keep in mind that the recycle bin is not an archive but a safety measure to prevent accidental deletion of records.
PERMISSIONS Only AGIR or Workflow Administrators can recover records.
How to recover records?
1. Access the list of records for a specific workflow. Click on Filters and Reports, select Archived, and then click Filter.
2. On the right side of each record, a restore button will appear. Click it to restore that specific record individually.
A confirmation message will appear on the screen. Clicking Yes will recover the record, and it will no longer be listed in the recycle bin.
Restoring multiple records at once
If you want to restore multiple records at once, click the ellipsis as shown in the image below, select the records you wish to recover, and then click Restore record.
A confirmation message will appear. Click yes and the records will be restored.
