The new LITE workflow version improves your workflows' processing performance without losing any of the AGIR features that you may have configured on the LEGACY version already.
In case your workflow is still configured with the Legacy version (2019 or earlier), you can upgrade it to LITE by following the next steps:
1. Open any registry within the workflow that you want to convert. Click your user name and then select Designer.
2. Click on the From Settings option.
3. The current workflow version will be pre-selected. Select the LITE option to change to the new version. Save those changes.
4. Click on Save Form.
5. Write a description detailing the change and click on Save. Your workflow conversion is now concluded!
ATTENTION Test the workflow by filling in a new registry after you're done converting. If you find any problems or bugs don't hesitate to contact our Helpdesk team.
PERMISSIONS This feature is only available to AGIR Administrators or Workflow Administrators.
