I can't access my account (Active Directory users)

If you are trying to access AGIR with your Active Directory (AD) account and are receiving an error message related to your password or login, it is important to know that password management is not handled by AGIR, but by your organization.





What does this mean?


If you have an Active Directory account:

  • You cannot change your password directly in AGIR.

  • You cannot recover your password using the "Forgot your password" feature in AGIR.

  • Authentication is done with your organization's internal credentials (AD - Active Directory).





What should you do?


You should contact your AGIR Administrator or IT team to verify or reset your password. They have access to manage the credentials for your account.
