This new release includes the following developments.
Agir Config
AGIR CONFIG – AGIR’s online configuration tool – is more complete with the addition of two new features.
1. Custom fields for the Document Management Module
You can improve your document management workflows by creating custom fields (eg: customer name, supplier, contract date, etc.). Now you can make this configuration directly in AGIR Config.
To configure a new custom field, proceed as follows:
AGIR Config > Documents > Forms and select your document workflow. Create or edit your field including text, combo, memo, or date fields.
After creation, these fields will be available in the document properties menu.
2. My Notes Module
My Notes is the simplest way for employees to report incidents, events, and complaints as an internal note. Notes are sent to key persons, analyzed, and converted into a Workflow or tasks.
My Notes promote the involvement of all the staff in the quality management system and prevent the loss of really important information and data.
In this release, “Notes” are fully configurable in AGIR Config including creating a new type of notes, note owner, and notification rules.
To configure the Notes Module, proceed as follows:
AGIR CONFIG > Notes - You may create new notes and define new notification rules.
Auto-delete system
This new feature allows the automatic deletion of records after a specified retention period.
This feature can be useful to manage legal obligations regarding data retention policies but also to manage your database space since old and unnecessary data will be automatically deleted.
The auto-delete system also allows you to flag specific records that for some reason should not be deleted.
CAUTION!
It is a PERMANENT deletion of records, and it does not replace the recycle bin.
This operation only applies to the Workflows Module (it does not affect the Document Management module).

Documents
New option for saving the document properties
Sometimes, occasional changes are made to the permissions of a document, namely permissions related to Folders. So that the integrity of these changes is maintained when reviewing documents, new options we created when saving the document properties:
- Save everything (this is the default option already existing in previous versions of AGIR)
- Save properties and metadata only (in this option the rebuild of permissions is not performed if specific changes have been made)
- Save only folders (in this option the rebuild of permissions is performed).
If you have made manual changes to the permissions based on folders and you need to change the document metadata (eg title, date, etc) without having to redo the permissions, please select option 2.
Staff
Following requests from some customers, changing the username and official name of a user is now allowed. Protection mechanisms were implemented to prevent duplicated users.
To change their user settings, proceed as follows:
Staff > Select the username > Profile and click as indicated in this image.
Please remember that username and name can never be duplicated, even on removed users.
New resources for administrators
AGIR Wizard
Two new functions were added:
LPA Tab Select
This function allows you to define which tab to open once the form is loaded.
You can apply any condition and thereby condition the information to be presented as default to the user when loading the form.
LPA Archive
This function allows you to delete a specific record and send it to recycle bin.
AGIR Designer
Disable tab fields after the workflow step is performed (Non-admin users)
Activating this option for a Tab will make the Tab locked/read-only as soon as the workflow step associated with that Tab is performed. For example, after registering a complaint, the fields of the Tab registration are blocked after submitting to the next step.
