Simpler and more intuitive

We are excited to announce the new AGIR login page! With a refreshed and more modern design, the new login is designed to provide a simpler and more intuitive experience.

In addition to the more appealing look, we’ve added useful links directly on the login page, so you can quickly access our website, Helpdesk Portal, Privacy Policy, and more.

If you haven’t activated the new login page yet, contact our Helpdesk so we can update your system and ensure you enjoy this new and improved access experience.

New Workflows Dashboard

A smoother and more efficient experience

The new AGIR workflows dashboard is now available, offering a smoother and more efficient navigation experience! With a refreshed layout and more intuitive menus, accessing your workflows is now easier than ever.

MultiBD Portal

A new way to authenticate

If your organization is part of a group of companies, each with its own AGIR system, this feature might be of interest to you. With the MultiDB portal, you can authenticate just once to securely access all your company's databases, simplifying access between different AGIR systems.

To ensure maximum security, this feature requires specific implementation requirements. If you are interested in evaluating the feasibility of this solution for your company, please contact our services.

Delete Workflows

documents, records and settings

It is now possible to delete a workflow, which will also remove all its records, settings, and permissions.

Note: This action is irreversible. When deleting a workflow, all records created in that process workflow or documents inserted into that document workflow will be permanently erased, including the flow and assigned permissions.

Set the default view

for Workflows on the Dashboard

Currently, there are three different ways to view workflows on the Dashboard. Users can switch between these views by clicking the icon located in the Workflows tab, as shown in the image below.

If you have a preferred view, you can set it as the default, ensuring that workflows are always displayed in that format. Find out how to do this in the article we’ve prepared for you.

Filter unfinished records

It is now possible to configure AGIR to show only the pending records of that workflow. By activating this option, all completed records will be hidden, allowing you to focus solely on the records that are yet to be completed. If your workflows have hundreds or thousands of records, you might be interested in enabling this feature. This way, only the "live" records with pending tasks will be loaded by default. The remaining records will be viewed upon request by activating additional filters.

Comments and flow in the workflow

View both, just one, or none?

The choice is yours :) You can now choose by default which of these elements should or should not appear in a specific workflow. This configuration is done for each workflow specifically, allowing you to have a super personalized experience in each of your processes!

Individual evaluation of the

effectiveness of actions

This feature has been shared before, but in our constant pursuit of improvement, we have made new enhancements to this functionality.

Hide the stamp

in documents

Is the stamp getting in the way? Now you can hide it! :)
This new feature allows you to hide the stamp for specific documents where it doesn't make sense for it to be visible.

To access this and other new features, just ask us to update your AGIR.

Force new conversion to PDF

Now just a click away

You can now improve or force the conversion of a PDF with just one click! AGIR will automatically generate the best possible conversion, eliminating the need for manual conversion.


However, if you prefer, manual conversion is still available to ensure the ideal conversion for your document.

Downed Equipment

Closure of active interventions

Now, when you mark a piece of equipment as obsolete in AGIR, you will automatically be asked whether you want to close or cancel all future interventions related to that equipment. This new feature simplifies the management of interventions and ensures that no unnecessary tasks are scheduled for equipment that is no longer in use.
