Focus only on what matters! Now, it's possible to hide the comments section and workflow steps, keeping only the document visible for your reviews and edits, without any distractions.
How to hide the comments and the workflow steps?
To hide one or both sections, simply click on the arrow located beside each section, as shown in the image:
The comments section and workflow steps will be hidden, leaving only the document status visible in the top right corner.
To show them again, click on the icons located in the bottom left corner, as shown in the image below:
How to set this view as default?
To set the document view with one or both sections hidden by default, you can choose to do so using these settings in Agir Config.
PERMISSIONS Only AGIR Administrators can make this configuration.
1. Click on your user name and go to Agir Config.
2. In the Documents tab, go to Workflows.
3. Select the workflow where you want to make this configuration. Choose the option Hide comment section/status by default. Click Save.
