Comments and workflow status: Hide/set default view

Modified on Mon, 21 Oct at 3:44 PM

It is now possible to hide comments and the workflow status in AGIR, allowing for greater focus on the main form.

You can temporarily hide or maximize these sections or set a default view, choosing whether you prefer comments and the workflow status to always be visible or hidden.

Check the instructions below to learn how to minimize and maximize these sections and how to set the default view for each workflow individually.

PERMISSIONS  These changes can only be made by an AGIR Administrator.

How to minimize/maximize comments/workflow status?

It's simple. To minimize these sections, just click on the arrow  . The section will collapse and be represented by a side tab.

Clicking on the tab will expand the section again.

When minimizing the workflow status, the workflow's current state will always remain visible at the top.

How to set a default view?

If you want one or both sections to be hidden/maximized by default, you can do so in the workflow settings.

Follow the instructions below:

1. Go to AGIR Config/Settings.

Legacy dashboard

New dashboard

2. Select the Workflows tab and go to Workflows.

3. Choose the workflow where you want to change the default view for comments and workflow status.

4. Check or uncheck the options Hide comment window and Hide workflow status. This way, each time you access this workflow, the sections will appear according to your preferences.

ATTENTION  This setting will apply to all AGIR users who have access to that workflow.

TIP  Even if you have set a default view, you can always maximize or minimize these sections. However, when you refresh the page, they will return to their default settings based on your preferences.
