Focus only on what matters! It’s now possible to hide comments and the workflow, leaving only the document visible. This allows you to perform reviews and edits without distractions.
How to hide comments and the workflow?
To hide the comments and/or the workflow, simply click the arrow
in the top-left corner of each section, as shown in the image below:
When hidden, the comments section and workflow are removed from view, leaving only the document visible. The document's status will remain displayed in the top-right corner.
To show them again, click the side tabs representing each section, as demonstrated in the image below:
How to configure this view as default?
To set the document view with one or both sections hidden by default, enable this option in AGIR’s settings.
PERMISSIONS Only AGIR Administrators can configure this setting.
1. Access AGIR settings.
Note: If you haven’t activated the new dashboard yet, access AGIR Config from the user menu in the top-right corner.
2. In the Documents tab, go to Workflows.
3. Select the workflow where you want to apply this configuration. Check the option Hide comments/workflow section as default and click Save.
