AGIR currently provides the necessary tools to enable us to conduct the effectiveness assessment of action plans. Our templates already include a comprehensive evaluation of action plan effectiveness, and this information can be accessed in reports and, in specific cases, within workflows.
In addition to the joint evaluation of the action plan's effectiveness, it is now also possible to assess the effectiveness of each action individually.
This tool is available to all our clients and can be activated individually in each workflow.
PERMISSIONS This tool can only be activated by AGIR Administrators.
TIP To activate this new tool, it may be necessary to update your AGIR version. Please open a ticket on our Helpdesk Portal so that we can assist you.
How to enable individual evaluation of action effectiveness?
This tool is activated individually for each workflow.
1. To enable this functionality, click on your user name and go to AGIR Config.
2. Select the Workflows tab and then choose the Workflows option from the list.
3. Choose the workflow where you want to enable the individual evaluation of actions. Select the Allow effectiveness evaluation for individual tasks option. Click Save. Now you can assess the effectiveness of actions created in that workflow individually.
How to configure this tool?
1. Before we start using this new tool, we need to configure it, specifically by defining the evaluation criteria. To do this, go to your user name and access AGIR Config.
2. Select the Workflows tab and choose Task Effectiveness Status from the list.
3. The list of evaluation statuses will appear empty. Click Add to start creating statuses.
4. There are four real statuses: Effective, Ineffective, Pending, and NA. We can associate the names of the criteria with which we want to evaluate our actions and pick a color for each status/criterion.
5. The statuses are all created, and we are ready to individually assess our actions.
How does it work?
1. After completing an action, four new fields will appear that allow us to evaluate this action individually:
- Evaluation deadline: we fill in the expected evaluation deadline.
- Effectiveness Evaluation: where we choose one of the criteria we have just configured.
- Effectiveness Remarks: a free-text field to write observations about the evaluation.
- Evaluation date: records the date on which the evaluation of this action's effectiveness was performed.
2. Fill in the fields according to the effectiveness of your action and click Save. Your action is now evaluated.
Note: Effectiveness evaluation is only possible for completed actions.
